Group Classes – Classes last 60 mins and can be taken online or in the studio face-to-face. Group classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people.
First-time clients must complete a Client Form found on the ENROLMENT FORM tab below.

Group classes are a great way to become more active and fight the sedentary modern lifestyle. The exercises taught during class are planned to challenge the core and have a body conditioning effect as well as create awareness on how the body responds to movement, which lead to better alignment and stamina. Designed for all levels but with progression in mind, classes are guided by encouraging clients and can be moulded to fit the mood of the class. Clients need to book in advance as spaces are limited to up to 12 people. Elastic bands, blocks and other props are usually utilised as well as hands corrections during classes.
Results: When regular classes are held, clients can perceive a change in posture and increased flexibility within a handful of sessions. The body adjusts to the exercises allowing for more complexity on the routine.
For drop-in classes either email us via our Contact Page or choose a suitable date and time and click the Book Now button. Once your date is added to the basket, you can then register and checkout, entering your details to complete the booking.
