Our clients come from all genders and walks of life, who want to maintain and/or increase their well-being. We recognise and address the relationship between the food we eat, and the impacts on our energy levels. Pilates is a great way to become more active and build stability and mobility.
We recognise that sometimes our busy lifestyles take over the available time to exercise, so our classes offer helpful suggestions for some of the exercises that may be practised at home. Similarly, the nutritional plans we offer, provide nimble solutions to consume nutritionally dense meals.
Better movement and nutrition are of universal benefit. So, PilatesNurtition is proud to work with people of all genders and background. We work with keen sportspeople, who find that Pilates helps them train better, as well as personal trainers who use some of our exercises with their clients. On the other hand, we offer targeted classes for older people in conjunction with AgeUK Lambeth, for example. In these classes, we help the participants to build confidence in their movement, which helps maintain and improve mobility whilst ageing. We continue to explore ways of bringing our services to as wide an audience as possible and will be glad to respond to requests to develop bespoke Pilates routines, as you may require.
Holding group classes at sport and community centres, we are able to promote pilates to the local community. As well, we organise several lunch corporate classes for people that work at office buildings in the Kennington and Vauxhall area.
Our nutritional consultations offer information and support to achieve client satisfaction and objectives. Our approach is to create lifestyle changes that can be maintained rather than focusing on dietary fads.
