Better movement and nutrition are of universal benefit. So, PilatesNurtition is proud to offer a safe environment to consult and train with people of all genders and background. We work with keen sportspeople, like runners and cyclists who find that Pilates and a balanced diet helps them perform better at their activity. On the other hand, we offer targeted classes for people with back pain and with movement restrictions. In these classes, we help the participants to build confidence in their movement, which helps to maintain and improve mobility. We continue to explore ways of bringing our services to as wide an audience as possible and will be glad to respond to requests to develop bespoke Pilates routines, as you may require.
