The focus here at Pilates Nutrition is to promote and achieve wellbeing and balance life by educating and creating awareness of eating habits that may hinder you from attaining your goals. Our focus is on weight issue and sports performance.

The process of a nutritional consultation allows you to determine the type and quantity of nutrients needed to be fit and healthy, taking account of your activity levels and personal requirements and life stage. It is an individualised approach because we all need different things at different times and there is no, ‘one size fits all’ model.

During the process, there is a discussion on any issues that may be obstacles for you or hinder you from achieving desired healthier outcomes, as well as longer term plans for life, sports or activity performance.

We offer a 30 day initial package and single 1-2-1 consultations depending on your needs. We offer support on achievable goals and the space to have a dialogue and answer your questions.

The first consultation includes details on your history and current health, training and activity assessment, objectives and lifestyle. The information allows us to identify potential solutions to your specific issues.

All of your data will remain entirely anonymous in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
