Book Reformer & Group Mat Classes

Choose from the Different Classes Available During the Week. All Classes Include a Bit of Fun as Well as a Great Workout

Group Classes – Classes last 60 mins and can be taken online or in the studio face-to-face. Group classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people.

First-time clients must complete a Client Form found on the ENROLMENT FORM tab below.
