Private Sessions and Duets
We offer a full studio equipment experience utilising Reformer, Trapeze Table (Cadillac), Tower, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Correctors and other props. The majority of the Pilates equipment utilises springs as a form of resistance which requires further control as tension varies. This aspect of Pilates develops longer muscles, provides feedback and a different way of training. You will increase your postural awareness, improve your stamina, balance and muscle strength in a safe manner.
Sessions are tailored to your objectives and can focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention or sports specific performance, allowing you to accelerate your training to the next level and having a beneficial impact to your daily life. You can also share sessions with a friend or training partner.
