The majority of the Pilates equipment utilises springs as a form of resistance which requires further control as tension varies. This aspect of Pilates develops longer muscles, provides feedback and a different way of training. You will increase your postural awareness, improve your stamina, balance and muscle strength in a safe manner.
Sessions are tailored to your objectives and allow you to accelerate your training to the next level. You can also share sessions with a friend or training partner, and even uptake private classes in the comfort of your own house, or office space.
