What to Expect
The reformer is the most popular piece of the pilates apparatus. It uses resistance in the form of springs providing feedback and support when moving the body. The different exercises performed on the reformer will help you improve your body awareness, work from the core, enhancing strength, flexibility and stability.
During the classes your teacher may introduce you to other apparatus and props.

Utilising a ballet barre and pilates apparatus, the class incorporates dynamic moves often including cardio bursts and isometric holds whitout forgetting the fundamentals of control emphasised in the Pilates practice.
Core stabilization is the basis of the practice with a large focus on hip and leg alignment and endurance. Pilates Barre aims to sculpt long, lean muscles through repetitive movements.
During the session you will be able to explore movement and body awareness with the support and feedback of the wide range of pilates apparatus.
